Badge

Each participant will receive a name badge upon registration. For security reasons all participants are requested to wear their badge during all the Meeting activities and social events.

Liability and Insurance

Neither the organisers of ISQBP President’s Meeting 2020, nor the IGBMC, nor the University of Strasbourg will assume any responsibility whatsoever for damage or injury to persons or property during the conference. Participants are recommended to arrange for their own personal travel and health insurance.

Visa

Delegates with European citizenship do not normally need visas to come to France. Check the regulations at https://www.schengenvisainfo.com/france-visa/. Official letters of invitation designed to help overcome administrative difficulties in certain countries will be sent on request. It must be understood that such letters cannot grant any financial support. Requests should be made by e-mail to isqbp2020@igbmc.fr and should include the participant's full mailing address and fax number.
